    • About Hoot

    Hoot is from a small town near Lake Woebegon, Minnesota. His great grandowl was a teacher in a one-room schoolhouse and Hoot has carried on the family tradition. His specialty is making sure kids pay attention to trusted adults when it comes to safety. Hoot is more than 100 years old, but he doesn't look his age.
